When it comes to celebrating life’s sweetest moments, I go all in. For my own birthday celebration in Calgary, I crafted a Luxury Cake Candy Bar experience that brought together vibrant flavour, heartfelt design, and an unforgettable lemon theme.
The centerpiece? A tall, three-tier lemon-inspired cake featuring hand-painted floral details, edible ruffles, and bright sugar flowers. Crowned with a “1985 Limited Edition” topper (a cheeky nod to myself!), this cake was as joyful as it was delicious: light, zesty, and layered with flavours I adore. Right next to it stood a matching lemon-flavoured cake pop tower, adorned with fresh yellow and orange flowers for that sunny, feel-good vibe.
A Candy Bar (Dessert table) to Remember
The dessert table didn’t stop at cake because we designed a Luxury Cake Candy Bar to complete a celebration spread that guests kept coming back to. Each detail was lovingly planned and handmade to reflect my love for Persian treats, North American and Canadian taste, seasonal ingredients, and joyful presentation that is pleasant to a global audience.
